1. Scope
This policy applies to paid consulting and workshop services purchased from Revivesweep, a business located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
2. Client cancellations
- 14+ days before start: Full refund of prepaid fees.
- 7–13 days before start: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 60 days (your choice).
- Less than 7 days: No refund; reschedule at our discretion if capacity allows.
3. Cancellations by us
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
4. Async services
For async reviews, cancel before we begin substantive analysis for a full refund. After work starts, fees are non-refundable; unused follow-up time may be credited at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us first so we can resolve issues. Chargebacks filed without attempting resolution may affect future bookings.
6. How to request a refund
Email welcome@revivesweep.world with your name, invoice or booking reference, and reason. We confirm within five US business days.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 US business days. Bank processing may add additional time.
